When will my order ship ?

We do our best to ship orders within 1 day. Our maximum delay is 5 days.  

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Returns & exchanges

I want to return my product. How can I do ? 

You want to return your product? No worries! You have 15 days to return it. 

Note that every return should be accepted by our customer service

Please follow the procedure

  • Send an email to our customer service ( to explain us why you want to return your product.
  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number
  • Send the product back (RMA Number, label & original package required) to our warehouse :

  • Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse we will refund you (maximum delay of 30 days) 

Paypal has a refund costs offer (up to €30) for many European countries. Check out on their website

Can I exchange my product ? 

We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement
