Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT. HOW CAN I DO?

You have 15 days to contact us to return your product(s). Every return should be allowed by our Customer Service.

Step 1 : Send us an email with your order number & the product(s) you want to return.

Step 2 : We will send you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Step 3 : Send the product back (with the RMA) to our warehouse FMS-EA (Retours Roark) - 28 Rue de Frais - Centre Européen de Fret - 64990 Mouguerre - FRANCE

Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at contact@roarkrevival.eu

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many European countries. Check out their website.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT.

We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Don't hesitate to contact us, we may be able to reserve you a product.
