Roark Lands Jeff Johnson
Jeff Johnson is more accomplished than you. Don’t be bummed, or rush to your adventure credentials and expedition resume’. Accept it and be inspired. But If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. Roark is proud to announce that Jeff is officially a Revivalist.
Apart from climbing most routes up El Cap, saving lives on the North Shore, charging Sunset, running ultra-marathons, riding motos and skating East Bay bowels – Jeff is a published writer, director, photographer and storyteller. In 2010 he retraced the steps of Yvon Chouinard and Doug Tompkins trip from Ventura to Patagonia, Chile in the documentary 180 Degrees South.
To hear his accomplishments, you need to travel with Jeff. They’re usually disseminated in a fire-side chat in the form of story. So, we’ve taken him around the world to Argentina, Scotland, and recently embarked on a strike mission to Utah to feed our appetite. Jeff, of course, didn’t hesitate to tag along for desert moto rips, backyard skate sessions, and impromptu road side bouldering.
