Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.

Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at support@roarkeurope.com
