Delivery is free on orders over 75€ (10€ for orders below). We deliver using DHL Economy Select. You will be delivered at home and it actually takes 6-8 days.

Delivery is free for orders over 75€. For orders below 75€ shipping fees are of a value of 10€. We deliver using DHL Economy Select. You will be delivered at home and it actually takes 6-8 days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France. Please note that orders over 135£ (about 150€) are shipped without VAT. These orders incur VAT (20%) and additional custom duties (12% of the cart value) to be paid to DHL directly (meaning DHL will charge you 32% of your order value).

Tips: We advise to split orders into several orders below 150€ to avoid this additional fee.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship orders within 1 day. Our maximum delay is 5 days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Paypal payments. Payments are secured by Stripe and Paypal. Roark does not have access to your financial informations.

Right now we ship to France, Germany, Spain (excluding Canary Islands and Baleares), Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic. I have ordered the wrong size/color. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Don't hesitate to contact us, we may be able to reserve you a product.

Return Policy



If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.

Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at contact@roarkrevival.eu
