Holiday Extend Returns : Gift easily this season with an extended return period through January 5th, 2020, for orders placed after November 28th, 2019.

We do our best to ship orders within 1 day. Our maximum delay is 5 days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Paypal payments. Payments are secured by Stripe and Paypal. Roark does not have access to your financial informations.
Right now we ship to France, Germany, Spain (excluding Canary Islands and Baleares), Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Don't hesitate to contact us, we may be able to reserve you a product.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 15 days to contact us to launch the return process.
Step 1: Send us an e-mail (contact@roarkrevival.eu). Please don't forget to mention your order number and the product(s) you want to send back.
Step 2: We will send you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and a prepaid return label (for European Union Customers*)
Step 3: Send the product back with the RMA label to our warehouse
Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at contact@roarkrevival.eu
*Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns for customers outside the European Union. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.
