When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship orders within 1 day. Our maximum delay is 5 days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Paypal payments. Payments are secured by Stripe and Paypal. Roark does not have access to your financial informations.

I have ordered the wrong size/color. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Don't hesitate to contact us, we may be able to reserve you a product.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.

Step 1: Send us an e-mail ( Please don't forget to mention your order number and the product(s) you want to send back.

Step 2: We will send you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). This Authorization will help our warehouse authentify your return.

Step 3: Send the product back with the RMA label to our warehouse. We will send you by email the adress.

Select the carrier you want to use. Please note the tracking # of your return package as you are responsible for it until it arrives at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer. Note that Paypal has a refund return costs offer (up to 30€) for many countries. Check out their website.

Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at
